If you have toenail fungus, now you must have heard that soaking your feet in a footbath Listerine is a good cure. What has said it is bad … atleast partially.

After testing of Listerine on fungal infections of the nails, I have determined that it is not powerful enough to remove heavy infection.

While Listerine works … I have no doubt that it works a bit – after soaking your feet in the bathrooms feet for a week, IA has only partial compensation of fungi. If you have a light infection, this method could easily erase their fungal the fingernails for good. However, it succeeded in completely eliminating nail fungus – in fact, after about a week later, the infection went back to where it was before the foot bath Listerine. They say that vinegar works – I have tested this method and found about the same success with Listerine foot baths. After stopping treatment after 2 weeks, I realized that the fungus was found as it did with the Listerine.

As regard to home remedies, I do not think they have enough umph to do the job. That said, there is a large number of products available that are specifically formulated for severe nail infections. The best part about some of these is that it is actually more cheaper than having to buy several bottles of Listerine and vinegar, just to see the minor success.
