Filling Pump
Is it against the law in Texas to leave the engine running while pumping gas and a tank is filling the pump?
My wife had two children in the car and is 102 degrees today. One of the children (15 months) has the initial symptoms of pneumonia and the tanker told the vehicle itself. She I said no for the reason mentioned above. Then he said he saw it and wrote his badge number. It was a real idiot, and could have handled a large much differently.
It should be. If not it certainly is a stupid thing to do, unless the fire and death are of his plan. In that case, go ahead.
