What is a good English/Japanese & Japanese/English electronic dictionary?

I’ll be going to Japan this summer and would like to get an electronic dictionary. I can read kana quite well, so it doesn’t have to have the words romanized (I’d actually prefer if it wasn’t). I have seen a lot of “talking” dictionaries, but that feature would be almost useless to me. I don’t have a lot of extra money to spend on “bells and whistles,” so just a basic dictionary would be great.
